    Exceptions:● Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or exchanged.● For health and safety reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

    Authenticity: For jewelry, the business offers a guarantee that the jewelry is authentic and made from the state precious metals and gemstones.
    Satisfaction:Artaj provides a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Customers can return or exchange their purchases within this period if unsatisfied, regardless of the reason.

  • It normally takes 7–21 days based on inventory to ship items.

  • Customization varies; it can take 30 days up to 180 days. 

  • Yes, we can resize a jewel into smaller pieces, but only in our Los Angeles, CA office.

  • Our jewelry varies in gram weight depending on the manufacture but just by a couple milligrams if it does.
